Authentic Autism Solutions(TM), Sowjanya© and Intent Healing™ Terms Of Service, Participant Release & License Agreement

If applicable to the Healing Sessions and/or the Event you are participating in, including but not restricted to Webinars, Seminars, Online Healing Sessions, Remote Healing Sessions and In-person Healing Sessions, and if Authentic Autism Solutions(TM) and/or Sowjanya©, in its sole discretion chooses to film and/or record the Session, you agree and consent to such filming and/or recording of the Session or Event by Authentic Autism Solutions(TM) and Sowjanya.

Reading the E-Book ‘How To Heal Autism and ADHD In 30 Days : The Phenomenally Powerful Breakthrough of Intent Healing(TM), Healing sessions, participating in activities relating to the E-Book, remote healing sessions, online healing sessions, workshop, teleseminar, teleconference, webinars,class, or event, whether live or in any other format such as a DVD, over the Internet (streaming video), a teleconference, or in any other medium or delivery system, whichever is applicable will hereinafter collectively be referred to as the “Event”, and thank you for participating in the same. As part of the Event, you will learn about Intent Healing(TM),(” IH®”). Intent Healing is a healing method involving chanelling of healing energies. It consists of touching or visualizing without touching, specific parts of your body or your whole body either physically or remotely (Intent Healing postures) while placing the intention to heal, and/or putting your attention on some statements for healing (the Intent Healing Steps). Because Intent Healing is a relatively new approach and the extent of its effectiveness, as well as its risks and benefits, may not be fully known, you agree to assume and accept full responsibility for any and all risks associated with participating in the Event (the “Project”) and using Intent Healing.
The information presented during the Event is provided only as general information and and you agree to make an informed choice if you choose to go ahead with the Energy Assessments or Healing sessions. Intent Healing is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. You understand that you are advised to continue any physical or psychological treatment that you’re currently receiving, if you so desire.

Please be advised by participating in the Event emotional or physical sensations or additional unresolved memories may surface. It is possible to experience some emotional distress and physical sensations related to prior life experiences. In addition, previously vivid or traumatic memories may fade. This could adversely impact your ability to provide detailed legal testimony regarding a traumatic incident. You agree to take full responsibility for your self-care in the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual dimensions of your life and to seek professional advice as appropriate before making any health decisions and only use a certified Intent Healing Professional or Intent Healing Trainer if you choose to use Intent Healing in a professional therapeutic setting.

If applicable to the Event you are participating in, you acknowledge and agree that anything and everything discussed with the presenter(s) either during or separate from the Event is merely a perspective for you to consider in conducting your affairs. Your participation in the Event is not intended to create nor does it establish a client-therapist relationship between you and Authentic Autism Solutions (TM) and/or Sowjanya©. Any stories or testimonials presented during the Event do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or prediction regarding the outcome of an individual using Intent Healing during or after the Event for any particular issue. Further, you understand that Authentic Autism Solutions(TM) and/or Sowjanya© makes no warranty, guarantee, or prediction regarding any outcome for you using Intent Healing during or after the Event for any particular purpose. You agree and understand that the information presented during the Event is only for your own personal use.

If Authentic Autism Solutions(TM) and/or Sowjanya© chooses to film and/or record the Healing Sessions and/or the Event including but not restricted to Webinars, Seminars, Online Healing Sessions then in consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Event, you grant to Authentic Autism Solutions(TM) and/or Sowjanya© and its successors, licensees, distributors and assigns the universal, perpetual, and unrestricted right to use, your voice, name, likeness, and other personal identification in all manner and media, whatsoever, including for educational, advertising, trade, and commercial purposes, throughout the world, in and in connection with the Event, including without limitation, the world wide web, radio, or any other distribution or exploitation of the Project. Further you understand that Authentic Autism Solutions(TM) and/or Sowjanya© shall own all right, title, and interest in and to the Project and the copyright therein. You waive your right of privacy and confidentiality as a condition of participating in the Event. Further, you understand there will be no compensation paid to you for the Project. The names Intent Healing™, IH, Authentic Autism Solutions(TM), Sowjanya©, Healing with Intention , Change Your Energy, Transform Your Life, Autism Solution- See Results from Day One and other names as may be adopted by Authentic Autism Solutions(TM) and Sowjanya, Inc. are proprietary trade names, trademarks, and service marks of Dr.K.Rajalakshmi (“the Trademarks”). As such, the Trademarks are of great value and the use of them on any item not produced by Authentic Autism Solutions(TM) and/or Sowjanya is prohibited. In addition, Authentic Autism Solutions(TM) and Sowjanya owns the copyright in all the materials produced by Authentic Autism Solutions(TM) and Sowjanya and the use of any copyrighted materials is prohibited unless you have received prior written permission from Authentic Autism Solutions(TM) and/or Sowjanya. Further you understand that you may not record in any manner (audio or visual) the Healing Sessions and/or the Event, translate the information presented in the E-Book ‘How to Heal Autism And ADHD In 30 Days : The Phenomenally Powerful Breakthrough Of Intent Healing(TM) , Healing Sessions and/or the Event, and/or duplicate, reproduce, transmit, or distribute the contents of the Autism E-Book , Healing Sessions and/or the Event without prior written permission from Sowjanya©.

You understand and agree that by participating in the Event you have no right to represent yourself directly or indirectly as a Intent Healing practitioner or that you are certified to use Intent Healing in a professional therapeutic manner or to advertise so. If you are not currently certified as a Intent Healing Professional and want to try Intent Healing with your clients as part of the Intent Healing Certification Program, then you understand you need to register for the Certification Program and get a signed informed consent from your clients and explain to them that you are in the process of learning Intent Healing.
For good and valuable consideration, you agree to fully release and hold harmless, the author, Authentic Autism Solutions(TM), Sowjanya©, Intent Healing™, and its agents, promoters, independent contractors, consultants, volunteers, and others associated with Authentic Autism Solutions(TM), Sowjanya from any and all claims or liability whatsoever and for any damage or injury, including but not limited to, personal, emotional, psychological or otherwise, which you might incur as a result of your voluntary decision to participate in the Event and any activities associated with the Event.
You acknowledge that you have been given the opportunity by Authentic Autism Solutions(TM) and Sowjanya© to ask questions regarding any aspect of this Agreement. By utilizing resources and events provided by Authentic Autism Solutions(TM) and Sowjanya©, you acknowledge that you have carefully and completely read and fully understand all aspects of this Agreement and agree to all of the terms and conditions stated herein. This Agreement shall be binding upon your heirs, legal representative, and assigns. You represent that you are an adult under the laws of the State of your residence and you have the right to enter into this Agreement. If you are a minor, you shall have your parent or legal guardian consent to and join in this Agreement by continuing this transaction on your behalf.
By continuing to utilize these materials, the websites, or attend any Intent Healing or Authentic Autism Solutions(TM) or Sowjanya event, you agree to all of the above.
